Our washdown hose choices are flexible, lightweight, economical, durable, and safe. They come with your choice of end swivel adapter for nozzles and 3 piece adapters for mixing units. Hoses are available in lengths of 25′, 50′, 75′, and 100′ and can also be supplied in increments of 25′ up to 500′. We offer a wide variety of hose constructions and materials to suit all your washdown needs. Series	Description
Series G	This high pressure 5/8″ inside diameter hot water hose is appropriate for our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 200°F and a maximum pressure of 200 psig. This hose is NOT suitable for steam service. The hose is constructed of a black or white smooth cover, with braded yarn reinforcement and has an FDA Nitrile tube. Available with White EPDM cover (CW). The standard lengths of this hose are 25′, 50′, 75′ and 100′. Weight: 0.36 lb/ft.
Series CW	This high pressure 3/4″ inside diameter hot water hose is appropriate for our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 212°F and a maximum pressure of 200 psig. This hose is NOT suitable for steam service. The hose is constructed of a black EPDM tube with braided, high tensile textile cord reinforcement. Available with White EPDM cover (CW). The standard lengths of this hose are 25′, 50′, 75′ and 100′. Weight: 0.36 lb/ft.
Series SR	This high pressure 3/4″ inside diameter hot water hose is appropriate for both our steam & water mixers as well as our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 450°F and a maximum pressure of 250 psig. This hose is also suitable for steam service when fitted with the proper couplings. Steam service use must be specified at the time of ordering. The hose is constructed of a black EPDM tube with braided, high tensile steel wire reinforcement. Available with Red cover (SR). The standard lengths of this hose are 25′, 50′, 75′ and 100′. Weight: 0.36 lb/ft.
Series YH	This high pressure 3/4″ inside diameter (1.19″ O.D.) high quality hot water hose is appropriate for our hot & cold water mixers. It is suitable for a maximum temperature of 200°F and a maximum pressure of 300 psig. This hose is NOT suitable for steam service. The hose is constructed of a black Nitrile rubber tube with a Yellow Cabryn™ synthetic rubber cover (CW) Class A (high oil resistance) featuring Microban® protection. The standard lengths of this hose are 25′, 50′, 75′ and 100′. Weight: 0.36 lb/ft.
